TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (FOR CLIENTS)
1. Parties
1.1. “EU SERVICES CENTER” LTD (hereinafter – the Platform)
1.2. Customer (hereinafter – the Client)
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Platform provides an online marketplace acting as an intermediary where the Client can find and select independent service providers (hereinafter – Service Providers).
2.2. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the Service Provider.
3. Service Operation Principles
3.1. The Client selects a Service Provider or receives an offer through the Platform.
3.2. The Client and the Service Provider independently agree on the scope of work, price, and terms of performance.
3.3. All services are performed independently, without management or control by the Platform.
4. Payments
4.1. The Client makes payment through the Platform.
4.2. The Platform retains a 10% commission fee from the transaction amount.
4.3. The remaining amount is transferred to the Service Provider.
5. Liability
5.1. The Platform is not an employer of the Service Provider.
5.2. The Platform does not control, supervise, or manage the performance of services.
5.3. The Platform is not responsible for:
- the quality of the services;
- the timing of performance;
- any damages arising from the relationship between the Client and the Service Provider.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Any disputes between the Client and the Service Provider shall be resolved directly between them.
6.2. The Platform does not intervene in disputes and does not make decisions regarding their outcome.
7. Taxes
7.1. Each party is solely responsible for complying with its own tax obligations in accordance with the laws of its country of residence.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement enters into force upon the Client’s use of the Platform.
8.2. The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement by publishing updates on the Platform.
SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT
1. Parties
1.1. “EU SERVICES CENTER” LTD (hereinafter – the Platform)
1.2. Independent Service Provider (hereinafter – the Service Provider)
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Platform provides access to Clients through its online marketplace.
2.2. The Service Provider offers services as an independent contractor.
3. Operating Principles
3.1. The Service Provider receives job requests from Clients through the Platform.
3.2. The Service Provider independently agrees with the Client on the scope of work, price, and performance terms.
3.3. The Service Provider performs services independently, without management or control by the Platform.
4. Payments
4.1. Payments from Clients are made through the Platform.
4.2. The Platform retains a 10% commission fee.
4.3. The remaining amount is transferred to the Service Provider.
5. Independent Status
5.1. The Service Provider is not an employee, agent, or representative of the Platform.
5.2. The Service Provider operates as an independent contractor.
5.3. The Platform does not control or manage the Service Provider’s work.
6. Liability
6.1. The Service Provider is fully responsible for:
- the quality of services provided;
- performance deadlines;
- obligations toward the Client.
6.2. The Platform is not responsible for disputes between the Service Provider and the Client.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes with Clients shall be resolved directly between the parties.
7.2. The Platform does not intervene in disputes and does not make decisions.
8. Taxes
8.1. The Service Provider is solely responsible for all tax obligations in their country of residence.
8.2. The Platform does not act as a tax agent or employer.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. This Agreement enters into force upon the Service Provider’s use of the Platform.
9.2. The Platform reserves the right to modify cooperation terms by publishing updates on the Platform.
